Sugar Baby

Makes 24 servings
1/2 ripe pineapple, peel, core, cube
2 vanilla beans split
2 sticks cinnamon broken
1 liter vodka
1 1/2 liters sprite
from THE SAM [BAR], HOUSTON
ACTIVE 5 MIN/TOTAL: 5 DAYS FOR MARINATING
In a large container or pitcher, combine all of the ingredients except for the Sprite; mash the pineapple and vanilla with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 7 days. Strain the infused vodka into ice-filled highball glasses and top with Sprite.
