Orfila Winery Italian Salad

MXF Recipe

    Mixed salad greens                                             
    Salami cubed                                                   
    Provolone cheese cubed                                         
    Parmesan cheese flaked                                         
    Pepper pickled with vinegar                                    
    Pine nuts toasted                                              
    Italian salad dressing                                         
    Cherry tomatoes halved                                         
    Artichoke hearts                                               

Mix everything together except the cheese and the salad greens. Let it marinate. Toss with cheese and greens just before serving.
