International Deviled Eggs



MXF

Makes 1 dozen (24 pieces)

12 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayonaisse
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Korean bean paste
3 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
Sriracha 4G 
Seaweed flakes 4G

Peel the eggs and cut in half LW. Scoop out the yolks and combine with next five ingredients. Spoon the filling into egg half and top with dot of Sriracha and seaweed flakes.

The above recipe is for the "Asian" version, but you can make deviled eggs for many versions:

GREEK: feta, black olives, diced tomato
AMERICAN: cheese, bacon, chives
MEXICAN: cotija, salsa, jalapeno
