Roasted Garlic Butter

Makes 1/2 cup

    10 Roasted Garlic Cloves                                       
    1 stick unsalt butter softened  
                               

Refrigerate butter, covered with plastic wrap, up to one week.

Squeeze garlic cloves from their skins into a small bowl. Add the butter, and stir together until smooth.
